Unhappy customers talk and then they walk! Get them telling you about a problem before telling anyone else.
Are you happy with the level of customer service your employees are extending to your customers?
If you had to think about it, then it is possible that your employees need to be trained in how to extend good customer service.
Chamber President Andrew Tylosky spoke to the packed house at the Pomeroy Hotel during Premier Christy Clark's first open house held in Fort St. John.
Tylosky asked the Premier and Transporation Minister Lekstrom about the dangerous highway between the Alberta border and north of Fort St. John and plans for four laning or improving the route.
Lekstrom responded that there are no solid plans at this point to twin the highway, but Lekstrom stated that "That stretch of road is among my top three priorities as Transportation minister".
