Site C Business-to-Business Networking Sessions
Businesses and contractors in the Peace Region are invited to attend a business-to-business networking session with shortlisted proponents for the Site C Worker Accommodation contract.
The networking session will provide an opportunity for regional businesses and contractors to introduce your company, its services and experience to each of the shortlisted teams.
Businesses and contractors have the option of attending either an afternoon session or an early evening session. Event details are as follows:

Session 2: 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM

A Registration Package will be emailed once you have registered. The package will include details about the format of the event, and advice on what to bring and how to showcase your company.
Site C Worker Accommodation
The scope of the contract includes the design, construction, partial financing, operation and maintenance of worker accommodation at the dam site.
BC Hydro expects that the worker accommodation contractor would begin installation of the accommodation shortly after contract award (anticipated spring 2015), and would operate and maintain the accommodation for up to eight years.
Site C construction is subject to the project receiving environmental certification, regulatory permits and authorizations, and a decision to proceed.
The Site C Business-to-Business Networking Sessions are being hosted together by the Fort St John Chamber and the BC Chamber of Commerce with special thanks to the Chetwynd Chamber of Commerce, Dawson Creek & District Chamber of Commerce, Fort Nelson, Mackenzie and Tumbler Ridge Chambers’ of Commerce.
